Varsity Girls Lacrosse faced Thomas Edison High School on Tuesday, April 12. Stuart came in with a 1-2 record. Winning against Wakefield and losing to Bishop McNamara, Lee and now Edison.

Stuart had a rough game against Edison who was up by 7 in the first 15 minutes into the game.

The eagles were took the lead to 11-0 by the end of the first half. In the second half, Stuart scored 2 goals. The lady raiders defense stood strong letting in only 5 goals.

Stuarts varsity girls lacrosse motto is “We know how to play lacrosse, we will play both halfs, we will not defeat ourselves.” says Coach Zeek. Despite their loss, the girls came out strong with a great team effort.

Varsity lax looks for a win in their next game against T.C. Williams on 4/14.
